Helen Noel LMT

Helen Noel is a Licensed Massage Therapist who works exclusively in women's health and wellbeing. She trained at the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York City, where she earned a degree in Clinical Massage and built a thorough grounding in anatomy and physiology in both Eastern and Western approaches to bodywork.

Helen's specialist training covers every stage of a woman's life. She is certified in Prenatal and Pregnancy Massage, Caesarean Scar Therapy, ScarWork, the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, Oncology Massage, and Reflexology, and she also offers Swedish Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massage. This breadth lets her tailor each session to what women need, from pregnancy support and postnatal recovery, specialised scar care and relaxation treatments.
