Prenatal / PREGNANCY Massage
A massage for expectant mothers after the first trimester (16 weeks. A soothing full body side lying treatment to ease areas of discomfort such as hips, lower back, mid back and heaviness in the lower body. I am trained and certified in advanced prenatal massage with over 15 years of experience supporting expectant mothers safely adhering to treatment protocols for this joyous time in a woman’s life safely.

CAESAREAN SCAR MASSAGE TREATMENT
A method of scar and abdominal massage to treat scar tissue, fibrosis and adhesions.Using specialised techniques, stretches and fascial release. Together with self care advice to promote healthy recovery in new scars, or to help at any stage after caesarean birth from12 weeks. This treatment can help reduce numbness, pain, sensitivity, hip and back pain whilst integrating fascial tissue for more continuity and balance in the pelvic floor and abdomen.

Appointment Confirmation, Payment, and Cancellation Policies
I will respond to your request for an appointment to schedule a date and time and send you a payment request for confirmation of the booking. Payment via bank transfer must be received at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me by email a minimum of 48 hours prior to the appointment. Appointment cancellations made within 48 hrs may be rescheleuled or subject to a cancelation fee.
Services cancelled with less than 24 hour notice or no notice are non refundable.
