Pre & Post natal Massage*
A massage for expectant mothers after the first trimester. A soothing full body side lying treatment to ease areas of discomfort such as hips, lower back, mid back and heaviness in the lower body. I am trained and certified in advanced prenatal massage with over 15 years of experience supporting expectant mothers safely adhering to treatment protocols for this joyous time in a woman’s life safely.

Reflexology is ideal for any stress related conditions. A deeply grounding, soothing and therapeutic hand, foot and calf treatment using alternating pressure and techniques along the meridians, followed by hot towel compressions to open and close your treatment for ultimate relaxation.

MAYA Abdominal Therapy / ARVIGO Treatments
Excellent for digestive problems, painful periods, fertility support, relief from chronic back and sacral issues, and tightness in the diaphragm. Treatments involve an external massage of your entire abdomen, back, hips, and sacrum. Massaging these areas systematically and thoroughly optimizes the circulation of all the systems in your body. We call this NAVEL (Nerve, Arterial, Venous blood, Energy and Lymph).
The initial 2 hour session begins with a comprehensive review of your personal health story followed by treatment, and as a gift to you I will teach you how to perform Your Abdominal Massage (YAM) at home to support your health goals.

Appointment Confirmation, Payment, and Cancellation Policies
I will respond to your request for an appointment to schedule a date and time and send you a payment request for confirmation of the booking. Payment via bank transfer must be received at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me by email or text a minimum of 48 hours prior to the appointment. Appointment cancellations made within 48 hrs may be rescheleuled or subject to a cancelation fee.
Services cancelled with less than 24 hour notice or no notice are non refundable.

COVID Safety Measures

Throughout the pandemic I have been following guidelines issued by the government, NHS, and the Federation of Holistic Therapists regarding safe and hygienic practice and the use of any personal protective equipment (PPE).
I will be wearing a mask and request you do as well when entering the office. Hand sanitizer and a private lavatory with sink are also available for your use. You will change in the treatment room where your service will be provided. Appointments will be scheduled to allow additional time between services so that a complete cleaning can be conducted of the treatment room.
Cancelations due to COVID
Standard cancellation fees will be waived if a treatment is cancelled or deferred at short notice because you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms of COVID-19.
