HELEN NOEL, LMT
With a deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology in both Eastern and Western modalities, Helen is able to support her clients in reaching their wellness goals with confidence and compassion.
Working exclusively with female clients to create openings in areas of stuck stress through manual manipulation, breathwork, movement, and self-care techniques, Helen has advanced certification in pre and postnatal massage therapy with more than 18 years of experience supporting women in all stages of their lives.
Understanding both emotional and physical issues live in our tissues, especially the abdominal, hips and sacral areas, Helen was drawn to the work of Dr. Rosita Arvigo and has been a student of The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® since 2008. Traveling to the rain forests of Belize to continue studying and assisting the teaching team has inspired Helen’s own healing journey and provides a deep understanding and compassion when working with her clients in this transformative therapy.
